The Supreme Court of Bermuda held that the public health quarantine policy ordered by the Government of Bermuda was in compliance with the Constitution of Bermuda. |
The Government of Bermuda ordered that unvaccinated persons entering into Bermuda should be quarantined in a hotel approved by the Government for 10 days; the costs should be covered by the persons concerned. The Supreme Court of Bermuda held that this policy was in compliance with the Constitution of Bermuda, therefore, the application contesting the constitutionality of this order was dismissed. |
