The Republican Party appealed to the Constitutional Court against the decision, which banned indefinitely ("until a second order"), meetings and political rallies with more than 10 members. The court said the sentence should be replaced by a clear time limit, but the restrictions are constitutional.	The Constitutional Court has called on the government to set a time limit on the duration of restrictions on movement and assembly.
